We know that the F-150’s body is aluminum (military-grade, no less!), and its frame is high-strength steel, so it’s going to be a rough and tumble rig that can handle dirty jobs. It boasts a tailgate work surface with built-in rulers, clamp points, tablet holder, and more that further adds to the overall theme of capability and versatility. Finally, Ford promises a PowerBoost hybrid powerplant that will lead the class in horsepower and torque while offering a 700-mile range.
