Ben M and finance manager Randy were great! Ben went above and beyond what he had to to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted!! He also kept my anxiety level down with his calming nature (which I appreciate as well)! Randy explained everything very well answered all my questions and concerns. The biggest issue I had with buying this vehicle is in the past when I purchased vehicles I was at the lot for hours, however I literally wasn’t even in there 1 1/2 hours because they are that well prepared!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!! You will forever have my business!!

Overall experience was good, Randy Klein was great to work with. Finance was a different story. Finance try to tell me they was paying 100.00 dollars for theft protection that was on the vehicle, I told them I was not paying for that and he said you are not we are paying it, but no, when I went to sign the paper work it was charged to me. I told him to take that off I was not paying for it and he did. The point is he was lying as that is how I feel everytime I go to a dealership they are all full of lies. I hate buying vehices from the dealerships because of this reason.
I recently bought a new 2019 Ford F150. I found the buying experience to be both professional and pleasant. I would definitely consider shopping here again.
I went into the Ford dealership unsure if I would walk out with a car but I was offered a deal that I could not refuse. I would recommend this dealership and Jacob Wires to anyone purchasing a car. The financing took longer than expected but overall a great experience

I went to a Nissan dealership by my house and drove a Titan. I did a little research prior and wasn’t keen on a Nissan but I did like driving a truck and I wasn’t ready to negotiate at closing time. I went home and did more research and I also used Sams auto service and King’s Ford was on the list. The next day i was going to check out a Tundra but I made an appointment with King. Alec was my salesman and I was confused on how the F-150’s were priced and I started looking at the XLT’s but the options I wanted were on the higher end trucks. There was an XLT that I liked but he showed me a Lariat which the color wasn’t right and there was one that was a demo that he thought I would like and I did. I thought with having the Club membership would make the process go faster but it didn’t. After being there for over 5 hours I finally left. Alec was great and I bought Andy’s demo so it was all a great experience.
