There’s a lot to look forward to in 2024—especially if you’re interested in the latest Ford models. Most automakers upgrade, tweak, or otherwise alter their models every few years to keep things fresh, but every so often, there are new models or trim levels introduced to appeal to a specific type of customer—and lately, there has been a rise in hybrid and EV offerings. As your Cincinnati Ford dealer, we’d like to share the details of the upcoming model year; there are plenty of changes in store for the Ford family, including hybrid trucks, off-road trims, and newer tech.

Interested in a Ford vehicle? We’d be happy to help you find a vehicle that fits your needs and budget. Take a few test drives, speak with an associate about financing options, and even bring in your current model for maintenance while you consider which new one to take home. It’s an exciting time to be a Ford fan, and you’re going to love all the improvements, upgrades, and additions for 2024.

The Classic Mustang

The Mustang is the only “car” Ford has offered since 2021, though this is hardly a drawback. This classic American coupe remains a perennial favorite among Ford fans and auto enthusiasts in general. Its muscular look paired with a hefty powertrain has won the hearts of generations around the world and doesn’t appear to be stopping anytime soon. 2024 brings several changes to the Mustang but does nothing to diminish its stellar performance or bold look. In fact, 2024’s changes manage something that can be difficult for an automotive brand to do: enhance an already-beloved model.

The seventh-generation Mustang broadens options for many types of drivers, including those who want to take to the racetrack, practice their drifts, and enjoy handling a high-powered vehicle. Available upgrades include the Performance Pack, which features a MagneRide active-dampening suspension, a Torsen limited-slip differential, and larger Brembo brakes—just to name a few. You’ll also see the Mustang take a wider stance, as if in preparation for dominating the roads.

If you’re looking for something with the ultimate powertrain, the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse will thrill you to your core with its beefy engine, a 500-hp Coyote V8. You can also add a Performance Electronic Parking Brake and other Ford Performance equipment to create a truly incredible car. The 2024 Mustang has a new look as well, with a slightly edgier vibe that hints at a thirst for—and the capability for—conquering the road. With a fresh face, more performance-motivated packages, and a variety of powertrain options, this Mustang is ready to take on just about any challenge that comes its way.

The World’s Best Trucks

Is there any truck brand more iconic than Ford? This pickup family has been used for much in its illustrious career—as a hauler, tower, ranch truck, small business vehicle, construction site support, and DIY home repair buddy—and that hasn’t changed with the latest models. In fact, Ford’s trucks’ usefulness has been heightened by the newest tech, more customization options, and greater capability. Whether you’re looking for a new work truck or you’re thinking about upgrading to a luxury truck, Ford has a model built just for you.

The Maverick is the smallest pickup Ford makes, but don’t let its size fool you; it may seem petite compared to its big brothers, the Ranger and F-150, but it can hold its own and more with a surprisingly powerful engine—or, if you prefer, you can opt for the hybrid powertrain, which is just as impressive as its gasoline-powered counterpart. It also has the distinction of being just one of two compact pickups on the market today, though this is expected to change as the Maverick has made compact pickups increasingly popular.

The midsize Ranger is nothing short of stunning. If you’re looking for something that can double as a workhorse and an off-roader, take a look at the Ranger’s Raptor trim, which is outfitted to dominate unruly terrain. There are plenty of powertrains, trim levels, and packages to choose from, too, which means custom ordering a Ranger gives you the opportunity to craft a pickup perfectly suited to your needs.

And, of course, there’s the ever-popular Ford F-150—the truck that has become synonymous with rural America. The Ford F-150 is an incredibly versatile truck and can switch from task to task with ease. New for the 2024 model year, the F-150 gets a facelift, mostly focusing on its grille and lighting, though changes have been made from side to side, front to back. There are new powertrain options available, as well as a gigantic 12.0-inch infotainment center where you can look at maps, scroll through your favorite playlist, or skip around the audiobook or podcast you’re currently listening to.

Innovative SUVs & Crossovers

With seven SUVs and crossovers, Ford has a lot to offer to urban and suburban families. Want a carryall but have limited parking at your apartment complex? You can opt for one of the smaller crossovers. Need a bigger SUV to tote the family around on days full of errands? You can take a look at the Ford Explorer or Expedition. There are also sporty SUVs if you want something that’s spacious but still plenty exciting. No matter what your situation is, Ford has the SUV or crossover you know will enhance your day-to-day life.

The Ford Expedition has few but welcome changes after its recent refresh in 2022. Now, the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package includes tow hooks, and it’s available for every trim level but the base. If you’re looking for something that can haul and tow like a beast, the Expedition is a safe bet. There are now additional USB ports in the back, along with a new color to choose from among the standard palette.

While the Ford Escape recently underwent a refresh, the 2024 Ford Edge received a facelift with special attention to its fascia and lighting. Ford is going for a fresh, modern look for its stable, and none showcases this better than the Edge. Its bold look is sure to turn heads wherever you go.

The Bronco and Bronco Sport are returning, much to the elation of fans who waited years for the model to reappear on Ford’s roster. The base trim of the Bronco has been excised in favor of its next of kin, but that just means you get to the good stuff right away. There’s also a bigger, better infotainment center that measures twelve inches!

The Ford Mustang Mach-E is listed as a crossover, but don’t let that fool you—at its heart, it’s a racecar. Due to this, the 2024 model will be outfitted with interior accents and additions that befit such a performance-oriented dream.
