Bob Ring, the longest-running Dealer Principal of our franchise founded in 1915, believed that the success of our store is rooted in a strong team of leaders that are loyal to the store’s collective vision of serving its customers. Bob valued teammates that were skilled, selfless, and dedicated. Bob also valued longevity and stability; at the beginning of each year during the store leadership planning meeting, he went out of his way to publicly state that his top priority was to attract the best team of store leaders in the city, and to keep his team together to return next year. Bob, who began his career as a Field Representative for Ford Motor Company, also viewed Ford itself as one of the key teammates of the store. A New Vehicles Franchise can only exist for 110 years of continuous operation if its Franchisor also weathered many storms during that same period of time. In the honor of Bob’s longevity and his belief that the success of the store is rooted in strong team leaders that promote the store over decades, we are proud to recognize the franchise’s 20 Years Club. Not many can claim they dedicated over two decades of service to our eleven-decade-old franchise. We salute you for your dedication to the store’s longevity and legacy!
