2024 Ford Edge Trim Guide: Everything You Need to Know

The 2024 Ford Edge is available in five different trims that include a range of different options and features. Whether you need something basic for daily errands, something fuel-efficient for work commutes, an all-arounder for family life, or something geared towards performance and upscale travel, offering great comfort, convenience, and speed out of the gate, there is an Edge that fits the bill. The trim lineup offers a little bit of something for everyone, and this trim guide is designed to give you a complete rundown of what each trim features and why it might be the right option for you as you shop for a specific 2024 Ford Edge for sale.
The five trims include the SE, SEL, ST-Line, Titanium, and ST. They all come in a five-door, five-seat format. The two powertrain options include a 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbocharged inline four-cylinder that makes 250 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 2.7-liter EcoBoost turbocharged V6 that makes 335 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Both powertrains are configured in all-wheel drive and can tow up to 3,500 lbs.
2024 Ford Edge SE
The base trim comes standard with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder and features everything you need out of a proper midsize SUV. It comes with the full collection of Ford Co-Pilot360 driver-assist features, which include Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, and a Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert. The SE also comes standard with the Ford SYNC 4A infotainment tech suite, featuring a 12-inch HD center touchscreen and the standard inclusion of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
Other connectivity features that come standard with the SE include a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot that supports up to 10 devices, a six-speaker audio system, and SiriusXM with 360L. You have cloth seats with a four-way manual driver’s seat and a two-way manual front passenger seat. This also includes a reclining rear bench seat that can accommodate three passengers and folds flat for maximum cargo space. Standard convenience features such as cup holders, carpeted floor liners, interior lights, and intelligent access with push-button start are also included.
2024 Ford Edge SEL
The second trim offering, the SEL, takes all of the SE features and upgrades them with added functionality, convenience, and a dash of luxury. One of the big benefits of the SEL trim is that in addition to having the standard Ford Co-Pilot360 features, it is also available with the Co-Pilot360 Assist+ package, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go and Lane Centering. It also includes Evasive Steering Assist and a year of connected navigation. You have access to additional packages and items with the SEL, such as the Convenience Package, which includes the 110-volt AC power outlet, a Remote Start System, and a Wireless Charging Pad.
You also have a few other noteworthy additions to make the SEL stand out from the SE, such as the inclusion of the silver roof side rails for adding modular cargo carriers to the SUV. Additionally, you have added convenience features such as a leather-wrapped steering wheel and LED signature lighting headlamps with a dark bezel surround. The LED headlamps accompany an entire LED lighting array, which also includes daytime running lamps and tail lights. Another big change is that the Edge SEL comes with ActiveX seating material, replacing the cloth seats featured in the SE trim.

2024 Ford Edge ST-Line
The Ford Edge ST-Line is a performance-lite variant of the Ford Edge ST. An extra layer of style was added to the ST-Line in the form of 20-inch gloss black aluminum wheels and a sports-themed leather steering wheel with red stitching. You also have special ST-Line fender badges and a standard LED lighting array with dark bezel surrounds. Also, unlike the SEL, you don’t need a Convenience Package to access wireless charging; it comes standard on the ST-Line as part of the trim’s offerings.
Additionally, you have all of the other standard features present on the SEL, such as a telescopic steering column, cargo management system, and interior LED lights for the cargo area. Other conveniences include a battery saver, built-in compass, dual-illuminated vanity visor mirrors, eight cupholders, USB-C ports, and heated front seats. You also have an eight-way power driver seat and a four-way power front passenger seat. In addition to all of this, there is a power liftgate for easy access to the rear cargo area, as well as an Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor.
2024 Ford Edge Titanium
On the upper end of the 2024 Ford Edge trim offerings, there is the Titanium. This trim provides the Edge with layers of luxury. These luxury elements include the standard inclusion of front bucket seats with ActiveX upholstery and FreeForm diamond pattern inserts, as well as a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. You also have some additional elements, such as a Bang and Olufsen 12-speaker sound system that comes with a subwoofer and special interior ambient lighting. Unlike the other trims, you also have some slightly different exterior elements, with the Titanium coming with 19-inch luster nickel aluminum wheels.
There are other special features added to the Titanium that help make it stand out, such as the Forward Sensing System and the hands-free foot-activated power liftgate. You also get a chrome grille that matches the chrome bezels over the fog lamps. Another noteworthy feature is the approach lamps in the side mirrors. This gives you added convenience and comfort and helps provide the Edge with that extra sense of luxury. This is in addition to other features from the previous trims, such as the LED lighting array, 10-way power driver’s seat with driver seat memory, and six-way front power passenger seat. Easy access to the rear cargo area is made possible thanks to the second-row EasyFold seats.

2024 Ford Edge ST
When it comes to high-end performance for the Ford Edge, you have the ST trim. The highlight of this trim is that it comes with the 2.7-liter EcoBoost turbocharged V6. This gives you the most power and performance that the 2024 Ford Edge has to offer. It comes standard with 20-inch bright-machined aluminum wheels with high-gloss black-painted pockets, but you can upgrade the handling further with the available Performance Brake Package, which includes 21-inch premium gloss black aluminum wheels, four-wheel vented disc brakes, Colorado Red brake calipers with performance brake pads, and a brushless radiator cooling fan.
The ST also features special ST-themed seats with City Silver stitching and an embossed ST logo. Dual exhaust tips, privacy glass on the rear doors, and rain-sensing wipers all come standard on the ST trim. You get all the other features from the previous trims, including the Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ suite and intelligent all-wheel drive, so you have a way to channel all of the ST’s performance with sharp handling and precise responsiveness.
