To begin the process, simply contact our team by phone or email. One of our friendly staff members will then assist you through every step, from selecting a vehicle that fits your needs to the vehicle’s delivery. If you want an idea of what we have available before contacting us, every vehicle on our lot is listed on our website, with plenty of pictures and a full list of features. Our used models even come with a free CARFAX report so that you know exactly what condition they are in. No Contact From Test Drive to Delivery

While our no-contact car buying experience can be completed from the comfort of your home, you also have the option of taking any vehicle that you are interested in for a no-contact test drive. If you want to take advantage of this option, simply let your salesperson know and send us a copy of your driver’s license. Depending on what works best for you, we will then either make the vehicle available for you here at our Cincinnati dealership or deliver it to your preferred location. Whichever option you choose, you will be able to enjoy a solo no contact test drive in a thoroughly cleaned vehicle.

Once you have decided on the vehicle that you wish to purchase, the entire process can be completed from the comfort of your home. The Kings Ford team can provide you with all the same purchase and finance options that you would have available if you visited us at our dealership. We can even appraise your current vehicle’s trade-in value via email if you provide us with the VIN, mileage, and photographs. After the terms of the sale have been agreed to, we offer two options for completing the necessary paperwork. We can either overnight the paperwork to you, allowing you to sign it in front of a notary and mail it back to us at your convenience, or your salesperson can bring the paperwork with them if you choose to have the vehicle delivered to your location. These options are part of our commitment to providing you with the easiest and most flexible no-contact car buying experience that you will find.

Have Your Car Delivered

The final step in the Kings Ford no-contact car buying experience is the delivery of your vehicle. While we provide the option of a no-contact pick-up right here at our dealership, should that be more convenient for you, we will deliver your new vehicle to any location that you desire. And do not worry – choosing to have your vehicle delivered comes at no additional cost if the delivery location is within 50 miles of our Cincinnati dealership. That includes our customers in East Indiana and Northern Kentucky, as well as Ohio customers living as far away as Dayton or Hillsboro. If you live further away, we will still deliver your vehicle to you with a small fee of $4 per mile, depending on your distance from our dealership.

Your vehicle will be personally delivered by the salesperson that you have worked with, and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned before we hand over the keys. Of course, every vehicle that we deliver will receive the same care and attention that we give to every vehicle that we sell here at our dealership. That means that we will detail the vehicle, inspect it, attach your license plate, and give it a full tank of gas before delivery. When your vehicle arrives, it will be ready to provide you with years of reliable service.

Our free delivery is also available for every vehicle on our lot. No matter whether you are purchasing a brand new vehicle, a high-quality certified pre-owned model, or one of our affordable and reliable used vehicles, we will deliver it to your location at no additional charge.
